Our Story
Contractor's Choice Agency was founded by Josh Cotner with a simple mission: to provide insurance coverage that actually understands how a working boat yard operates.
Yards kept coming to us with the same story. A general liability policy that quietly excluded every customer boat on the hardstand. A workers comp policy with no USL&H endorsement behind it. A property schedule that never mentioned the travelift. The cover looked complete on paper and had a hole in it exactly where the yard's real exposure sat.
